The project "Fils Florissants" was a collaborative pair project in a food and beverage course, where we partnered with Accor/Sofitel. We were provided with the ground floor plan of an existing Sofitel hotel and tasked with redesigning the entire ground floor space, including the incorporation of a restaurant. My contributions included assisting in developing the concept, creating mood and material boards, and producing both technical and colored floor plans.
